Reflection questions about the video and meditation

Note: today's session will use the words "feelings" and "emotions" interchangeably. You may be used to defining these words differently, but in CBI we consider them to mean the same thing.

The following video tells a story about emotions. While you watch it, consider how you have learned to deal with emotions throughout your life.
Part 2: Guided Meditation
Mindfulness of Emotions
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be distracted by things around you. When you get there, find a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, and begin the meditation below.
(You may want to use headphones for a better experience.)
The meditation will last approximately 10 minutes.
